When you upload your Snapchat data export, we temporarily process:

  • Photos and videos from your Memories
  • Metadata associated with your memories (dates, locations if present)
  • Overlay files (captions, stickers, filters)

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our service:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • IP address

2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following technologies:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Service to function (authentication, security)

We retain your processed memories for 30 days after processing (or 7 days after your first export, whichever comes first) to allow you to download them. After this period, all files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

You may delete your data at any time through your dashboard settings. Account information is retained until you request account deletion.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or memories with third parties, except:

  • Payment Processors: We share payment information with Dodo Payments to process transactions
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests
  • Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services for hosting and infrastructure (e.g., cloud providers)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
